Ron Webber is the founder and Lead Consultant of BCG. He has been a licensed contractor and successful business owner in Southern California since 1974. He has over 35 years of hands on experience as a Journeyman Lather, Plasterer, and Waterproof Deck Coating Installer. Ron is regarded in the construction industry as a leading expert in the areas of stucco, flashing, and waterproofing.

Dave Ratliff is the Technical Advisor for all BCG projects. He owned and operated his own company for ten years and has over 30 years of experience installing and evaluating, flashing, below grade waterproofing, epoxies, concrete coatings, and waterproof deck coatings. Dave also provides an extensive understanding of structural assemblies on roofs and decks.
